How We Do It

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Estate Preserve. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Since we are at the mercy of our shipping partners, if they are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, including your Tracking Number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

The Estate Preserve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

DAMAGES

The Estate Preserve is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds

The Small Print

Thanks for purchasing our products at theestatepreserve.com operated by The Estate Preserve. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of its purchase date. The product must be in the same condition in which it was sent.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and, if all is well, we process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment source used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have questions regarding our Return policy, please feel free to contact us.
